Eduroam is a service that provides wireless access via your existing authentication credentials at other participating universities worldwide. As a participant, the University of Mississippi invites campus Eduroam visitors to choose the 'Eduroam' wireless network and sign in with their existing credentials. If you are unable to connect and are sure of your account name and password, please contact the IT Helpdesk at (662) 915-5222 for assistance.

For University of Mississippi faculty, staff, and students who are visiting other Eduroam participating campuses, you would use your full WebID to authenticate to their wireless network. The login would be in the form of ''. Your campus WebID password will be accepted so that you can be connected to their wireless network. If you are having problems and are certain your password is correct, contact their campus technical support for assistance. Be aware of any policies of the university you are visiting for any local network restrictions.

Note: A WebID will not connect to the Eduroam network while on the UM campus. Eduroam is for when you are a guest at another participating university.

Eduroam should only need to be setup once on a device. If the network is set to connect automatically it will join whenever it is in range of an Eduroam hot-spot location. To see all of the worldwide hot-spot locations visit the map. To see a detailed list of all US institutions check out the map.
